These terms govern your use of the Simply Sweet website (simplysweet.co.in) and any orders placed through us.
Orders & Payment
All cake orders are custom made. Orders can be placed via WhatsApp (+91 81071 02084), phone call, or in-store at our Navratan Complex location. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. A deposit may be required for large or custom orders, including wedding cakes and dessert tables.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Changes to an order must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a full refund, as preparation may have already begun. Custom design changes after approval may incur additional charges.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may vary based on design complexity, size, flavour, and customisation. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days from the date of the quote. Prices are subject to change without prior notice for new orders.
Delivery
We deliver across Udaipur. Delivery charges may apply depending on distance from our Navratan Complex store. Delivery time slots are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or venue access conditions. For wedding cakes and multi-tier cakes, professional on-site setup is recommended and may carry an additional charge. We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery and handover to the customer or venue staff.
Product Information
All our products are 100% eggless. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles ingredients such as dairy, nuts, wheat, and soy. Customers with severe allergies should inform us at the time of ordering. Cake images on our website and social media are for reference. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, finish, and decoration based on ingredient availability and design interpretation.
